
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Writer / Director / Underdog
Tim Woodall is an award-winning writer and sometime director. Working across a variety of platforms, Tim is most distinguished as a screenwriter and has written film projects for Martin Freeman (The Hobbit), Julian Barratt (Flowers), David Bradley (Harry Potter), Siobhan Finneran (Downton Abbey) and Robert Emms (Chernobyl).

His films have played at Cannes, Raindance, Tribeca, Aesthetica, Encounters and SXSW. His first feature screenplay is currently in post-production with Queensbury Pictures. Starring Harry Shum Jr and Chris Sullivan, it will be released in 2020.

Tim is an experienced writer and is confident working with agencies and brands to write copy and generate content in a multitude of styles and tones.
​
He recently relocated from Manchester, England to Vancouver, BC, approximately seven days before COVID-19 made the wheels fall off the world.
​
He is currently seeking freelance writing opportunities to stretch, challenege and inspire him.
